Attack Upon The HC!: A Cause of Rejoicing

Last night, upon reviewing our Facebook page, we were alarmed to see that the ads for it were hacked. But this was not a regular hacking. The parties responsible (they and Satan) took images we used to promote the truth of Jesus’ Second Coming to convey falsehoods that we openly denounced.

For example,

We used the latter image to denounce the falsehood that God will eternally torment unbelievers in the final judgment just over two weeks ago. The Facebook status verifying this is posted below.

While such misrepresentation of the truth is alarming, it is not surprising. Even Jesus’ ministry to Israel was subjected to it.

Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate,Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again” (Matt. 27:62, 63).

“Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he? And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.” (Jn. 7:11, 12).

But Jesus warned us that it would happen (Jn. 15:20), and the hacking of our page is but one fulfillment of this prophecy. But while such evil was meant to undermine our work, we rejoice because it will ultimately work to His glory. Before the Lord returns, the work of all men will be seen for what it is. We believe and know that those who study and live by the Word of God will be found to have built their faith on the Solid Rock.

We encourage all who desire a place among the faithful in heaven to study these and other topics related to the Second Coming of Jesus. Get to know your God for who He is and give no ear to the misrepresentations of men who know Him not.

“And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God”(Acts 5:38, 39).
